Our history

In 1918, the garden club

An de Baek eV founded and the The first garden enthusiasts moved into their garden as tenants. In over 100 years, the sector has changed again and again and has grown over time.

Our gardens are divided into the following sections.

Schulzenweg, Schulzenweg Mitte, Schulzenweg railway side, Koppelgärten, Dwang.

Club grounds at Schulzenweg

The garden club is embedded in a beautiful landscape between the Ostorfer Innensee and Aussensee. The section also has direct access to the Ostorfer See through the Kaspelwerder bathing establishment.

Many residents of Schwerin as well as many gardening friends of our club meet here to swim and relax at the beautiful Ostorfer Lake.

Kaspelwerder is a very nice bathing establishment, with many opportunities for sports, games and fun.

(Pedal boating, rowing boat rental, stand up paddling and much more)

There is also a snack bar there.

The clubhouse

The clubhouse is the central hub of our club.This is where our annual meetings take place.

Work assignments are organized and managed from here. Annual events are held here as part of the association.

Whether it's skat evenings, our annual family celebration or simply a happy get-together, there's always a lot of excitement and hustle and bustle here during the gardening season.
